We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, product photos, colors, textures, proportions, and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device type, and production batch.

Handmade Diorama Disclaimer

Many of our diorama scenes are handmade, hand-painted, hand-weathered, and individually finished. Each handmade piece is unique.

Because these products are not mass-produced standard items, the final product may have small differences from the photos shown on our website, including but not limited to:

  • Paint shade
  • Texture details
  • Weathering effects
  • Road markings
  • Ground surface patterns
  • Sand, stone, grass, rust, dirt, or dust effects
  • Vine, plant, or decorative placement
  • Small prop positioning
  • Handmade traces
  • Minor glue marks
  • Slight layout differences

These differences are normal characteristics of handmade miniature products and are not considered defects, damage, or quality issues.

By purchasing a handmade diorama or handmade miniature item, you acknowledge and accept that the item may not be exactly identical to the product photos.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your personal expectations or be exactly the same as depicted on our website.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our products are intended for display, collection, photography, and hobby use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our miniature products are not toys and are not intended for children. Small parts may present a choking hazard.

You are responsible for using, displaying, storing, and handling the products safely.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, dropping, misuse, modification, exposure to water, excessive heat, pressure, or other improper storage conditions after delivery.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Due to the handmade nature of some products and the cross-border nature of our business, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted, processed, packed, or shipped.

We may cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, shipping restrictions, or order information errors.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

SECTION 5 - FINAL SALE AND LIMITED AFTER-SALES SUPPORT

Due to the handmade nature of our diorama scenes and the cost and complexity of international shipping, all sales are generally final.

We generally do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Not checking the listed dimensions
  • Scale misunderstanding
  • Minor handmade differences from photos
  • Color differences caused by screen or lighting

For verified missing parts, shipping damage, incorrect items, or serious quality issues, we may provide support after manual review.

Possible solutions may include:

  • Replacement of missing parts

  • Refund only when the issue is serious and cannot reasonably be resolved by replacement or repair

All cases are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a quality issue.

SECTION 6 - ACCESSORIES, WHEELS, FIGURES, AND PROPS

For small accessories such as wheels, tires, figures, tools, props, road parts, and miniature scene components, we generally do not accept international returns.

If an accessory arrives missing, incorrect, or clearly defective, we may provide a replacement part after review.

Full returns or full refunds are generally not available for these items unless required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - CLAIMS FOR MISSING, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives with missing parts, visible damage, or a serious quality issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer package
  • Clear photos of the inner packaging
  • Clear photos or video of the damaged, missing, or defective item
  • A short description of the issue

We may request additional photos, videos, or information before making a decision.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We are not responsible for claims submitted after the claim period, claims without sufficient evidence, or damage caused after delivery.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, VAT, import charges, or other government fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays, weather, incorrect shipping information, remote delivery areas, or events outside our control.

For international orders, customs processing times may vary by country. We cannot guarantee customs clearance speed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once a package is shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it.

Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and customs charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
